クラス概要 / Program Overview: https://www.zentencorp.com/zenten-book-club (English follows) ・全ての学校の生徒がご参加いただけます。 ・学年表記はすべて2026–27年度の学年です。 ・開講日・時間・会場は学年によって異なります。詳細は予約カレンダーをご確認ください。 ・対象学年のクラスの中から、1回から複数回までお申し込みいただけます。 ・各クラスは最低3名で開講となります。 ・お支払いは、クラス開講確定後にご案内いたします。 - Open to students from all schools. - All grades refer to grade in SY26-27. - Available dates, class times, and locations vary according to grade. Please check the reservation calendar. - Students may enroll in one or multiple sessions available for their grade. - A minimum of 3 students is required for a class to take place. - Payment instructions will be sent after the class is confirmed.

キャンセルポリシー
受講料は一括前払い制です。予約日の7営業日前以降のキャンセルは、理由の如何を問わず受講料の50％を事務手数料・損害補填として申し受けます。 Tuition must be paid in full in advance. For cancellations made within 7 business days of the reserved class date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply regardless of the reason. 欠席とクレジット (Absences & Credits) キャンセル・変更はZenten Classes Official LINEにて事前にご連絡ください。 欠席の3営業日前までに連絡があった場合のみ、レッスンクレジットを付与します。このクレジットは、次期ターム受講料、または1年以内の季節講習（Holiday Classes）の費用に充当可能です。3営業日を過ぎてからの連絡、および無断欠席は対象外となります。 Please notify us in advance of any cancellations or schedule changes via the Zenten Classes Official LINE account. Class credits will be issued only when at least 3 business days’ notice is given prior to the absence. Credits may be applied toward tuition for the following term or Holiday Classes within one year from the issue date. Notifications made less than 3 business days in advance, as well as unannounced absences, are not eligible for credit, refund, or make-up lessons. レッスンへの遅刻 (Lateness) 15分以上の遅刻は欠席扱いとし、クレジット付与・返金・振替はいたしません。 If a student arrives more than 15 minutes late, the lesson will be treated as an absence. No credit, refund, or make-up lesson will be provided. お迎えの遅刻 (Late Pick-up) レッスン終了後、お迎えが15分以上遅れた場合、15分ごとに1,000円の延長費用を請求いたします。30分以上の遅刻については安全を保証いたしかね、緊急連絡先と連絡がつかない場合は警察等の公的機関へ連絡する場合があります。 If a child is picked up 15 minutes or more after the lesson ends, a late fee of ¥1,000 per 15 minutes will be charged.
